JURNAL WAHM DI PERANTAUAN

I am in the transition mode of producing a new blog of my life here in Korea. This is as a brand new WAHM blog of me and in shaa Allah it will be more systematic and clear what I am doing here and what kind of WAHM I am. From now on, I won't be updating anything else here. But for the craft purpose, I would still maintain TINICRAFT to share my craft story.  Please feel free to visit this blog at JURNAL WAHM DI PERANTAUAN. Thank you for your time. Your support is greatly appreciated.

TEACH QURAN TO YOUR OWN KIDS

Being in a foreign country with a family of 3 kids, is quite challenging. Maybe I have the option to send them to Islamic school, but the fees for 3 kids is quite expensive and I have to think of the transportation cost too. But beyond than that, I definitely want to grab this opportunity to teach my own children about Al-Quran etc. I used to imagine, how much pahala their teacher could get to teach them Alfatihah and the rest of the Quran that would be recited for their whole lifetime? Why cant' I grab the same opportunity? And if I do not have this effort, who would be teaching them here?

Anyway, a bit tough too as Daniel reading Quran, Damia Muqaddam and Hanaa Iqra (mood disorder sometimes, haha). Sometimes, I would teach Daniel first and attended to Hanaa and at the same time Daniel would help me to teach Damia. He has been such a great helper sometimes.

Alhamdulillah for the opportunity and hopefully everything will be fine here. Aaamiiinnn...

LOVE OF A BROTHER AND A SISTER

Just for the sake of Daniel to look at this later as he knows how to read already.
He always said that Hanaa does not like him, only like kakak coz kakak is a girl. But that is not true coz Hanaa always says I miss abang when he is at school. We could see from here whereby Hanaa just jumped into him and give a big kiss right after he arrived from school. Hey Daniel, no matter what, everyone in this family loves you so much!

KIDS KOREAN FOOD

This picture was taken a few months before Ramadhan. hehe. Sometimes I cook Korean food for the kids and put in a tray, tried to feel how they arranged the food for kids in school.
Here we had:
Rice
Seaweed
Fishcake with sesame seed and carrot
Tofu soup
Fish

The amazing thing happened when serving like this, they could happily finish the food and so excited to see which one they could finish first. Oklah kan, add some variety  of food and the way to serve.

SYAWAL 1436H in MALAYSIA

Assalamualaykum.. I guess I am back on track. We just got back from Malaysia for a week ago. We went back for 3weeksnotenough vacation. Well, I guess I should not say a vacation, it was a busy hectic break for family matters in addition to Hari Raya season and sister's engagement too. But the kids were having fun playing with cousins, aunties and uncles. One week in Kelantan, one week plus in Terengganu and 2-3 days in Bangi. In Bangi was also hectic including the tenant issue, agent appointment and also the most important part, we had to buy things to bring here again.

Back to blogging made me realize that  I had a few posts on draft from a few months ago. I guess I was so busy till I forgot to publish :). Will do soon as I want to read the story about our life here and hopefully the kids also will do so as long this blog is still here.

Last but not least, Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir Batin. Here are some of our Raya pictures in Malaysia this year.
